First off, the concrete needs a rough cut. The workers use big grinders to scratch up the top. This first part is a must-do so the liquid can soak in deep. If the floor has cracks or little holes, the team fixes them fast. They put a hard filler in the cracks before any paint goes down.

A smart owner thinks about wetness. The team checks to see if water vapor is coming up from the ground. This test is a big deal. If the concrete is too wet, the new floor might pop off later. The first liquid to go down is the primer. This stuff sinks into the concrete and plugs it up. It helps the other layers hold on tight.

Then comes the main color layer. Small colored flakes get tossed on the wet floor. These chips make it look nice and stop feet from slipping. After it dries a bit, the guys scrape off the extra chips. This makes it smooth and ready for the clear coat.

The last part is a clear shield made of strong stuff. This cover stops oil spills, heavy boxes, and sun damage. A floor done like this stays looking good and guards the concrete for decades. Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Top Flight Garage Floors has an exceptional collection of employees who provided an outstanding customer service experience.

Hands down, this was the best customer service interaction/engagement we’ve had in a very long time. Each of the gentlemen (the initial sales consultant, the man who dropped off and picked up the trailer, as well as the technician who performed the actual work) was respectful, kind, and personable. They were all top-tier professionals.

What stood out to us most was that, even though we were not paying the standard price for the project (we had won a gift certificate that essentially covered the cost of the project), we were treated with the professionalism, care, and attention to detail that you would hope to receive as a full-price customer. There was no sense that we were receiving a lesser level of service or a “discounted” experience. The team was responsive, courteous, thorough, and clearly took pride in doing the job right.

We were well pleased with the project and the entire process from start to finish. The finished product was stunning! We truly appreciate the entire experience and would ABSOLUTELY recommend Top Flight to anyone considering garage surfacing. They didn’t just deliver a great-looking floor; they delivered a great customer experience from beginning to end.
